1. Goods once sold can be returned within 7 days for full credit, provided there is no damage, usage, or alteration.
2. Original packaging, certificates, and documents must be submitted in their original condition.
3. If any of the above conditions are not met, the firm reserves the right to reject the return.
4. Instead of a refund, a credit note will be issued which can be used for future purchases at our showroom. No cash refunds will be given under any circumstances.
5. If the ornament has been altered from its original form, the firm will not guarantee its purity.
6. A variation of up to 0.050 gm in weight may occur; the firm will not be responsible for this difference.
