Issuance of Loyalty Points:

1. Loyalty points will be issued on the purchase value excluding GST.
2. ₹200 = 1 Loyalty Point, and 1 Loyalty Point = ₹1 discount.
3. Loyalty points will be issued on eligible purchases of Gold Jewellery, Aanvi Silver Jewellery, Stone Sale Bills, Diamond Sale Bills and all silver products except silver bars and silver coins.
4. No loyalty points will be issued on gold or silver bullion, wire, bars and coins.

Redemption of Loyalty Points:

1. Loyalty points can be redeemed only after 24 hours from the time of issuance.
2. Loyalty points can be redeemed only against labour or making charges.
3. Loyalty points can be redeemed against the making charges of Gold, Silver and Diamond jewellery products.
4. For MRP products, loyalty points may be redeemed up to a maximum of 25% of the purchase amount.

Restrictions & Conditions:

1. While redeeming loyalty points, no other offer, discount, or scheme can be clubbed.
2. Loyalty points cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offer.
3. Loyalty points are not issued or redeemed in the form of cash.
4. Loyalty points are valid for one year from the date of issuance.
5. The company reserves the right to modify or change the Loyalty Points Program without any prior notice.
